Transformer Cake

My son wanted a Transformer cake for his birthday, so I searched online and found this one. I made two 12 inch round cakes. I put cream cheese frosting between the two layers and then frosted the entire cake. I made marshmallow fondant and used it to cover the cake. I found the Autobot symbol online and printed it off. I used it as a template to cut the fondant out. I put peanut m&m's around the bottom of the cake to finish it off. It was a success! He loved his cake.

Frog cake

This frog cake was SO much fun to make! The cake is a cream cheese pound cake with cream cheese frosting.....yummy!!! The hat is a sugar cookie cone and the legs are made out of sugar cookies. The lily pad is made out of fondant, and so is the tongue. For the water, I used blue piping gel. The eyes are large marshmallows. It was a lot of work, but I was pretty pleased with how it turned out!

Roasted Pig Cake

My friend asked me to do a roasted pig cake for her son's luau birthday party. This cake was a lot of fun to make. I made marshmallow fondant (a lot easier than I thought it would be) and used coconut dyed green for grass. This was my first time working with fondant, so there are a few mistakes, but I think it turned out pretty good.

Giant Cupcake

This one is great for 1st birthday's! My daughter had fun digging into it on hers!
